We want you to be completely satisfied with Tunebench. If you are a new customer, you are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of your initial subscription date, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tunebench.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your account email address in the body of the email.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Cancellations After 90 Days

After the initial 90-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our terms of service.
