Stop tuning from your inbox.
Tunebench is the hardware-agnostic OS for remote tuners. Centralize files, revisions, and customer chats in one professional workspace.
Compatible with HP Tuners • EcuTek • COBB • Hondata • & More
Tuning from your inbox is killing you
Email, DMs, spreadsheets, and Google Drive links. It works until you're busy, then it becomes a nightmare of lost logs and missed revisions.
Scattered Files
Logs in email, tunes in Drive, screenshots in WhatsApp. Good luck finding "that one file" from 3 months ago.
Lost History
No single timeline. Did you send v3 or v4? Did they flash it? Who knows.
Customer Anxiety
Customers spam you on every channel asking "Did you get my log?" because they have no visibility.
A workflow designed for tuners
Simple, linear, and keeps you sane.
Start a new tune
Start a new tune for a customer and vehicle. Upload your base map or request their stock file immediately. Set the stage for a clean build.
Exchange & Revise
Structured revisions, not just a timeline. Create a revision, and both you and the customer can upload files to it. Everything stays organized in a clear hierarchy: Customer → Vehicle → Tune → Revision.
Chat in Context
Communication happens right next to the files. Comment on specific revisions, or switch to SMS view to text the customer's phone directly from the dashboard.
Built for your specific workflow
Whether you sell instant OTS maps or craft custom remote tunes, Tunebench adapts.
OTS Tuners
Send off-the-shelf maps instantly. Organize files in your drive and share to new customers in clicks.
Remote Tuners
Collaborate on custom builds. Exchange datalogs and revisions with full history tracking.
Read-First
Require a stock file first? Customers upload their read, you modify it and send it back.
Why not just use email?
Because your business deserves a real operating system, not a hacked-together stack.
DIY Stack
Email + Texts + Drive. Works when you have 3 customers. Collapses when you have 30.
- × Files everywhere
- × No history
Vendor Portals
Great tools, but locked to one hardware brand. You tune everything, so you need one home for everything.
- ! Hardware locked
- ! Fragmented logins
Tunebench
The neutral ground. One professional workspace for every customer, regardless of what they drive or how they flash it.
- Hardware agnostic
- Centralized history
Structured Hierarchy
Organize by Customer → Vehicle → Tune → Revision. Everything has a place, not just a flat list of files.

Common Questions
Does Tunebench replace my tuning hardware?
No. Tunebench is where you manage files, logs, and customers. You continue to use your preferred hardware (HP Tuners, etc.) for the actual tuning.
Which tools does it support?
All of them. Since we handle the file exchange and communication, we don't care if you're uploading .hpt, .bin, .pcu, or anything else.
What about my local dyno tunes?
While we focus on remote workflows, you can absolutely use Tunebench to store files and history for your local customers too.
Can I leave private notes?
Yes. You can leave notes on customers, vehicles, tunes, and files. These are visible only to you and your team.
How does the drive work?
Every Customer, Vehicle, Tune, and Revision gets its own virtual drive that you can upload files to. You also get a general shop drive for templates and common files.
How do I share files with customers?
The revision drive is where you are able to upload files that the customer can download. However, once you have published the revision, and a customer has downloaded any files from that revision, the revision is locked. You will have to create another revision to share any additional files with the customer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, plans can be cancelled anytime. However, refunds will not be issued except for our 90 day money back guarantee for new customers. Annual plans have a large discount in exchange for a year-long commitment.
Do you take a cut of my tune sales?
Not directly. While we bill based on the complexity and number of tunes you sell, we do not facilitate the sale of your tunes, and thus do not take a cut.
